Scotland For Newcomers

Scotland For Newcomers is a free weekly outing for refugees and migrants in Edinburgh. The group meets on Saturdays and explores the city together.

Gardening at the Royal Botanic Garden

A gardening group for New Scots. Participants learn about local and seasonal food, explore plant-based recipes, and spend quality time outdoors.

Creative Writing Sessions

These monthly creative writing sessions are a relaxed, welcoming space where you can read, write, and share stories with others. No experience needed- just come along!
Group of mothers and toddlers engaging in a creative activity together, with a facilitator demonstrating painting techniques. The setting is a relaxed and welcoming indoor space with art supplies and a laid-back atmosphere.

Creative Women’s Group (Child-Friendly)

The Creative Women's Group is a relaxed group for refugee and migrant women in Edinburgh to make friends and practise English, as well as meeting other women. It is also

Conversation Café

The Conversation Cafe is a drop-in group for refugees and migrants in Edinburgh to practise English and make friends.
