Advice drop-in:
We run one drop-in advice surgery every week at The Welcoming’s Office (20/1 Westfield Avenue, EH11 2TT):
• Wednesday from 1:30 pm until 4 pm.
You do not need to book in advance to attend the advice surgery; it is first come, first served. When you arrive, you will be asked to sign your name on a register, and you can help yourself to a hot drink while you wait to be seen.
In the advice surgery, we can discuss any issues you are experiencing or questions you may have. If we decide that you need more support, we may refer you to another support service or organise a one-to-one appointment with you at The Welcoming’s Office.
One-to-one appointments:
We offer one-to-one advice appointments at The Welcoming’s Office (20/1 Westfield Avenue, EH11 2TT). These appointments need to be booked in advance. In the appointment, we can discuss any issues or questions you have. Please bring any documents that may be useful for this appointment.
