The Welcoming’s health and wellbeing activities for New Scots will restart this month. Our programme supports New Scots (asylum seekers, refugees and migrants) in Edinburgh to look after their physical and mental health, and feel empowered to make personal wellbeing choices.
After a wonderful seven years, our Welcoming a Greener Future project came to an end on Thursday 31 March 2022. Since 2015 we have: Saved 701.5 tonnes Co2, held over 300 climate change activities, and engaged with over 2,000 people.
We are preparing to welcome and open our services to the new arriving Ukrainians. Therefore, we are asking you to lend your usual kindness and donate whatever you can through our LocalGiving.
Donate to our Winter Appeal today to support refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in Edinburgh through the challenges of winter, the pandemic and building lives in a new country.
