The Welcoming is a shared space. People come here to learn, connect, ask for support, volunteer, and build community. We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel safe, respected and treated with dignity.
Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards we ask all service users, volunteers and staff to follow. It explains how we treat one another, how we use our services responsibly, and how we work together to create a welcoming environment for everyone.
This guidance applies to behaviour in our building, at activities and events, and in communication – whether in person, by phone or online.
